Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No painful minimums. Buy a single bundle or a large order, and the price still works at volume.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Check out as a guest any time. You only need an account for tax-exempt purchases, so we can apply your resale certificate at checkout.
Not sure which size I need?
Tell us what you ship and we will point you to the right size. Send your product dimensions through the contact page and we will recommend a fit.
Shipping and pickup
How fast do you ship?
Order by 2 PM and it ships the same day. Transit time depends on your distance from Tampa Bay.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Boxes ship flat in bundles.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Zephyrhills, FL, and we deliver within 25 miles. Select at checkout or contact us to arrange.

How strong are the boxes?
Rated 32 ECT single-wall, and independently tested stronger, near 46 lbf/in. Stack it, drop it, ship it cross-country. The box arrives square and the contents arrive whole.
Do the boxes ship assembled?
They ship flat in bundles and assemble in seconds. Flat bundles store easy.
Are they recyclable?
Yes. Our kraft corrugated board is 100% recyclable, so it fits a clean packing line and an easy customer unboxing.
Do you carry more than shipping boxes?
Yes. Alongside corrugated shipping boxes we stock pizza boxes and kraft paper bags, with more packing supplies and sizes on the way.
Pricing and wholesale
Do you accept tax-exempt or resale certificates?
Yes. Email a copy of your resale or tax-exempt certificate to hello@packhaussupply.com. Once we verify it, your account will not be charged sales tax at checkout. You must be logged in at checkout for the exemption to apply.
What is your return policy?
