SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Orders placed by 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number once it ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and its destination. Our boxes ship flat in bundles. Any applicable taxes and handling are shown before you complete your order.

Delivery estimates
Transit time depends on your distance from our facility in Zephyrhills, Florida. All delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Where we ship
We ship across the United States.

Local pickup and delivery
If you are in the greater Tampa Bay area, you can pick up your order at our facility in Zephyrhills, Florida. We also offer local delivery within 25 miles of Zephyrhills. Select pickup or local delivery at checkout, or contact us to arrange.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you have not received tracking within a reasonable time after your order confirmation, contact us at hello@packhaussupply.com.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments
Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@packhaussupply.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will work with you and the carrier to make it right. See our Refund Policy for how we handle damaged or incorrect items.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we will update it if your order has not yet shipped.
